From first-timers to long-time members, the NRA Women’s Leadership Forum is comprised of women like you and me. You don’t have to be a professional shooter, hunter, activist or philanthropist to join our group, you just need the passion and determination to defend our Second Amendment freedoms.
We are a network of vibrant, influential women from all corners of the country. Many of us shoot and hunt, but all of us care about protecting our personal freedoms. We are women of intelligence and thought, generous in spirit, strong in character. Most importantly, we act on—and stand for—what we believe.
Faith, Family & Freedom
Some of Cindy Gregory’s fondest childhood memories were that of the joy at seeing the harvest from her father’s hunting trips. She and her husband of 21 years, Joe, have worked hard to pass those same traditions onto their two sons, and they believe the NRA plays a critical role in preserving these values.
“Women really have such an incredible role right now in the NRA. Our gatherings are filled with enthusiasm—whether we’re looking back at how much has been accomplished in a short amount of time, or looking forward to the opportunities that lie ahead. And WLF is where it all starts.”
—Melanie Pepper, NRA Board Member
“I've been amazed by these women that I have come across. There is a lot of excitement and a lot of momentum.”
—Katherine Ohlhausen 2015 Luncheon Chair
“If you could pick your family, you would pick NRA members. I have made phenomenal friends that I’ll have for life.”
—Esther Schneider, NRA Board Member
